Ukrainians are transferring their tourist equipment from vacation to bomb shelters. LIGA.net found out what they are buying, how much it costs, and what is in short supply.
Nighttime alarms and hours spent in underground shelters have become routine for thousands of Ukrainians. Given the almost daily shelling and massive attacks, families with children are particularly acutely experiencing this reality, for whom bomb shelters, underground parking garages, and the metro have become makeshift bedrooms. To make these nights at least a little more comfortable, city dwellers are ingeniously furnishing their "temporary homes" using tourist equipment.
