For me, it's not about the apartment, but about the freedom to choose: how young people build the future in an era of change.
Home is not the goal, children are not necessary? Today, young people are living in a world where stability is not guaranteed at all. Zoomers are not chasing a mortgage, a job, or pension savings; instead, they choose flexibility, adaptability, and financial awareness. - How the concept of "adulthood" is changing?
- What success and stability mean to Zoomers?
- How they are preparing for the future in a world without guarantees?

Young people's perceptions of a "normal future": what is changing
Young people no longer seek a "normal future" in the format of a stable office job, an apartment on credit, and a pension at 65, says LIGA.net career consultant Kateryna Osadchuk.
- Their "norm" is freedom of choice, the ability to live at their own pace while maintaining psychological well-being. At the same time, and this is important to emphasize, young people also need income and financial stability, but not at the cost of burnout or loss of meaning.
They do not want to pay for money with anxiety or loss of self.
