The problem of corruption in medicine is not just a moral issue. It is also about the right to quality, honest, and accessible treatment. And about the fact that the patient pays twice: first with taxes, then "out of pocket."

Checklist of dirty schemes

On the one hand, we have a system that guarantees free medical care within the framework of the Medical Guarantees Program: a patient can independently choose where and from whom to receive treatment. On the other hand, there is the reality in which you are "persuasively directed" to a certain laboratory, hinted at a "voluntary contribution," or offered a drug "from this particular manufacturer."
