It all started with children's toy cars and a passion for animation. And it ended with a study in Milan, a project with Lamborghini, cooperation with Audi, Volkswagen Group, and designing for Chinese pickups. Yuliia Lobodiuchenko is a car enthusiast and co-author of the YouTube channel "Transport Stories" who has made her way into the world of big car design.

In a conversation with LIGA.Life, she tells us what life is like behind the scenes of automotive art and how returning to Ukraine was the strongest decision.

Career paths and education in Italy

– How did your story with cars begin? What was the impetus for car design?

- In the 8th or 9th grade, I became interested in 3D modeling: I went to various classes at the Palace of Children and Youth in Kyiv for a long time. I thought I was going to do animation. But when it came to choosing where to go, what exams to take, what to prepare for, it turned out that there were no higher education institutions that taught 3D cartoon modeling. So I chose graphic design. And when it came to the 11th grade and submitting documents, I came to the department and realized that graphic designers mostly work on posters.
