How does dry shampoo affect hair and scalp?
Dry shampoo is not a product for cleansing the scalp, but rather an SOS product, emphasizes Olena Proshyna.
The main absorbent in dry shampoos is rice powder, which absorbs excess sebum, but at the same time can clog the pores of the scalp.
