Is it true that after 30, skin ages faster and you need to buy anti-aging creams right away?

— Not quite. In fact, the skin starts to lose collagen and elastin around the age of 25 to 35. Why is there such a difference? Because the condition of the skin is affected not only by what we care for it with, but also by our lifestyle, stress level, genetics, and a host of external and internal factors.

Therefore, it is wrong to say that if you don't use anti-aging creams, you will age quickly. The most important thing is the right care, – explains Kateryna Polishchuk.

One of the main stages of such care is the use of sunscreen . If you start using SPF at the age of 20, then at 40 your skin will look much better than those who had injections but ignored sun protection.
