Murals by American artists appear on damaged housing in war-torn Bucha – photos
Two new murals created by volunteers from the United States appeared on damaged housing in Bucha, Kyiv Oblast, reported the local city council.
The first mural depicts a portrait of a girl who personifies the strength of Ukrainian women during the war. It is a mural for young generations of girls, the city council noted.
The second mural is called "Matter of Time". It depicts a Ukrainian soldier on the clockwise hand, with his love on the minute hand. The heroes are painted on top of bullet-pierced glass.
The murals were created by well-known volunteers from the USA: BANDIT, John Ashbaugh and Tristan George. It was important for them to create memorial sites in Bucha to support the people of Ukraine and show the world their struggle against the aggressor.
