The Andrii Matiukha Foundation implements a range of its own charitable programs. Its main areas cover support for military personnel and veterans, assistance to hospitals, and the development of prosthetics.
International initiatives have become an important part of the Andrii Matiukha Foundation’s work, strengthening Ukraine’s position in the world.
"Ye-Protez": A Support Service for People After Amputations
The "Ye-Protez" project is one of the key initiatives developed with the support of philanthropists. Its main goal is to make the process of obtaining a prosthesis as simple and understandable as possible. On a single platform, users can access specialist consultations, select modern prostheses, obtain funding, and join rehabilitation programs.
Development began in 2024. Initially, it was a pilot version with a knowledge base, a website, and a Telegram bot. High demand for the service encouraged the team to work on a full-fledged application, which will eventually integrate with government services and partner foundations.
The service is built on principles of inclusivity and advanced technology. Artificial intelligence has been added to the chatbot, making interactions convenient and "live." Content is regularly updated, user feedback is considered, and new materials are created. That is why Andrii Matiukha emphasizes that the system will remain important even after the war, as the need for prosthetics will not disappear.
The immediate plan is to engage at least 5,000 users.
"Protection of Ukrenergo Repair Workers": An Initiative Supported by the Andrii Matiukha Foundation

This project focuses on training repair teams and technical personnel who work in hazardous conditions. Seventy-five first aid training sessions are planned for 1,500 Ukrenergo employees. Participants are trained to stop bleeding, use tourniquets, perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and assess the condition of injured persons.
Every day, energy workers enter facilities under the threat of shelling. Since the start of the war, over 63,000 energy facilities have been damaged, at least 160 employees have died, and more than 300 were injured. This is why the support provided by Andrii Matiukha is extremely important.
Modern Instruments for a Children’s Hospital from the Andrii Matiukha Foundation
One of the Foundation’s important areas of activity is supporting medical institutions. In 2025, Okhmatdyt received Ligasure Mariland and Ligasure Exact instruments with nanocoating, enabling both laparoscopic and open surgeries with reduced risks for patients.

Annually, the urgent surgery department performs about 800 complex procedures. Within just a few months after the new instruments arrived, doctors conducted over 60 successful operations.
Earlier, with the Andrii Matiukha Foundation’s support, the hospital received the Thompson system for open surgeries worth over two million hryvnias. This device has already enabled more than a hundred procedures and, according to medical staff, has become indispensable in daily practice.
"Buy a Lot" Initiative: Sports and Charity for Children
In Kyiv, the "Buy a Lot" auction took place with the support of the Andrii Matiukha Foundation, organized by the Ukrainian Journalists’ Team, FC Dynamo, and the news agency "News Center." The main goal of the event was to create an inclusive sports playground in Zhytomyr at a children’s care center.

Andrii Matiukha believes that sports and charity should go hand in hand. Such collaboration benefits primarily children who need special attention and support for development.
The Power of Art in Action: Origami for Ukraine Supports Our Military
In spring 2025, 5,000 metallic birds decorated the facade of the Kyiv Museum. The installation was created by Belgian designer Charles Kaisin, with Ukrainian schoolchildren assisting in its development. The project had a noble goal — raising funds for wounded military personnel.
Anyone could participate by making a donation or purchasing a symbolic bird for 10 euros. The initiative has already raised over 50,000 euros, which will be directed to the Kyiv Rehabilitation Center.
Art became a tool for practical support, connecting Kyiv and Brussels and drawing global attention to the needs of Ukrainian soldiers.
The Andrii Matiukha Foundation provided important support for this initiative.
Systematic Work of the Andrii Matiukha Foundation with a View to the Future
All initiatives are united by a common goal — creating long-term change and developing new approaches to assistance. Each project has a systemic effect and works toward the future.

"Assistance should lay the foundation for the future. The Foundation has all the resources to plan strategically and act systematically," emphasizes Andrii Matiukha.
