With the start of the full-scale invasion, Ukrainian businesses found themselves in new, unexpected circumstances. This is not only about organizing work processes, but also about the well-being of people, ensuring their safety, and, importantly, about the psychological climate within teams. Leaders had to adapt quickly and take these changes into account in order to continue running their businesses in conditions of uncertainty.

LIGA.net asked Konstantin Kruglov, an expert in the psychology of entrepreneurship, scientist, businessman, and investor, about the qualities that a modern Ukrainian leader should possess and what culture of responsibility has become relevant in these times.

"In my opinion, a leader must see reality and try to break free from the pressure of their own stereotypes and social norms. Today, a leader is personally responsible for the health and life of their own business, including the people involved and dependent on the state of that business," says the expert.
