What hormones most often fail after 30?

After the age of 30, physiological changes in hormone secretion can occur, the doctor explains. These changes affect both women and men and affect mood, energy levels, and reproductive capabilities:

— For women, these are primarily estrogen, progesterone, and anti-Mullerian hormone. A decrease in the levels of these hormones can manifest as irregular menstrual cycles, premature menopause, and decreased fertility.

In men, testosterone levels begin to decline as early as age 30, especially in those who are overweight.
